To foster the interaction between participants and encourage a wide and open debate on new and emerging ideas, the workshop will be organized in three sessions, suitably balanced, with different aims:

• Completed research paper session: For each paper presented in this session, a discussant will be assigned to comment on the work. 
• Research-in-progress session: This is mainly an information-sharing session and time will be allocated for questions and discussions.
• Open discussion session: This session includes the presentations of problem statements, issues, and challenges. It will end up with a discussion on ways to resolve them and plans for future common activities.
